2. Free Tier

LeadRQ offers 50 free API requests to all new users. These free API requests are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund as no payment was made.

3. Subscription Refund Eligibility

LeadRQ Pro subscriptions ($499/month for 10,000 API requests) are eligible for refund under the following circumstances: • Subscription cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase
• Technical issues preventing the use of the service for more than 48 hours
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 hours)
• Unauthorized charges or fraudulent transactions

3. Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations on credit refunds: • Only unused credits are eligible for refund
• Credits that have been consumed through searches cannot be refunded
• Partial refunds may apply if some credits have been used
• Promotional or bonus credits are not eligible for refund
• Refunds are limited to the original payment method

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for your unused credits: • Contact our support team through the application support channels
• Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
• Include your purchase receipt or transaction ID if available
• Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on your original payment method: • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
• Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
Note: Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider's policies.

6. Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price and the number of unused credits: • Full refund: If no credits have been used from the purchase
• Partial refund: Prorated amount based on unused credits only
• Administrative fees may apply for processing refunds after 14 days
• Volume discounts will be recalculated if applicable

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following cases: • Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Abuse of the refund policy
• Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
