4. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Credit System

• Each search operation consumes 1 credit from your account
• Credits are purchased through our secure payment system
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Payment is required before credits are added to your account
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or entities
• Collect personal data without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
